Nerd For A Living returns to San Diego Comic Con this July 19th to 23rd, 2017! We will again be exhibiting on the SDCC exhibition floor at Booth #2103, with our friends in Dial R Studios. We will also be presenting the panels “10 Points to Slytherin: Why Good Fans Love Evil Characters” and “The Animated Life: A Peek Behind the Cels”.
Nerd For A Living is excited to return to Kansas City for Planet Comicon – April 28-30, 2017 at Bartle Hall Kansas City Convention Center. At this year’s show, our host Adron Buske will be staying very busy, moderating or presenting seven panels. Along with our signature “How to be a Nerd for a Living” panel, and “Real Life Power-Up” interactive seminar, Adron will be having conversations with several groups of creators, entertainment professionals, and more.
This edition of Nerdy Networking is highlighting technology and games – featuring short presentations, roundtables, and demos with tech makers in St. Louis. Speakers will include: Wendy Gram – Quality Assurance Content Technician at NVIDIA; Neem Serra – St. Louis Techies Project Creator; and Mary McKenzie – Co-Founder and Producer at game studio Volcano Bean.

The third-annual PixelPop Festival returns to St. Louis, Missouri, on Saturday, October 8th and Sunday, October 9th. PixelPop celebrates gaming – both digital/interactive video games and tabletop gaming. The convention focuses on the creation of games and the love of gaming itself, and the gaming community. Over 30 game demos will be available to learn and play during the weekend. Five rooms programming rooms will feature presentations and panel discussions throughout the weekend. And there will be freeplay sessions and game tournaments. Nerd For A Living is sponsoring the event for the third year in a row. N4AL’s Adron Buske will be on-hand Saturday, moderating 5 discussion panels. N4AL’s Wendy Buske will be on-site Sunday, moderating 3 panels.

Indianapolis, Indiana, plays host to Indy PopCon 2016, a pop culture convention at the Indiana Convention Center. The show takes place June 17th-19th. Nerd For A Living’s Wendy Buske will be at the show to present our signature “How to be a Nerd for a Living” panel.
