The Missouri S&T Residential Life department presents RollaCon, a one night mini-convention, featuring board games, video games, speakers, a costume contest, and more at the Havener Student Center. Admission is free for all current students, faculty, and staff with a valid university ID. (The event is not open to the general public.)

Adron will present two seminar sessions, at 5:00pm and 8:00pm. Seminar details:

Character Class: Discovering Your Vocational Identity

In this seminar, you will identify your Archetype – a vocational character class – using familiar RPG gaming concepts. Video games and tabletop roleplaying systems often divide player characters into “classes”, clearly defining their capabilities and job functions. In real life, there are dozens of personality tests which categorize us into things like INFJs or ENTPs (Myers-Briggs), Helpers or Achievers (Enneagram), Gryffindors or Slytherins. But personality is just one part of your overall vocational identity. A thorough, honest understanding of that identity will help you play to your strengths, avoid personal pitfalls, and blaze a path to career success.
